Roman seeks assistance for Bataan folks

Board Member Tony Roman goes out of his way tapping top government officials to seek assistance for Bataan folks. He announced that through his initiative, TUPAD program sponsored by Senator Imee Marcos will be implemented in the province. Displaced workers are given financial assistance though TUPAD program. Two DSWD AICS program implementation will also be held with funds coming from the offices of Sen. Riza Hontiveros and Sen. Raffy Tulfo, respectively.

AICS provides cash assistance to individuals in crisis. Roman reached out to the senators to help the needy Bataan residents. Just recently, a total of 330 Orani folks received financial assistance from DSWD AICS courtesy of Senator Koko Pimentel. Roman also used his personal link to Senator Koko Pimentel and his wife Kathryna Yu-Pimentel to request the assistance. The board member also worked out the current TESDA training in Bread and Pastry Production and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II courses of the sixty-seven students from Bataan first district courtesy of Sen. Pia Cayetano.
